Jerrod, Keri and Jay, I just wanted to let you folks know how happy I am with the experience we had, selling our RV to you. First, with Jerrod, who responded quickly to my initial call and got back to me with a very realistic quote within a couple of hours. No pressure, just straight-up, honest dealing. Next, Keri was in touch within an hour to fill me in on the rest of the process and held my hand the whole way—great communication and set all the right expectations. Then came Jay (literally) to inspect and pick up my rig, go with me to the bank to verify funds and take care of the paperwork—very courteous, a real professional. You guys have it together! After many months of worry and frustration, trying to sell my Motorhome myself and with a broker and being upside down in my loan from the bank, I saw the RVS ad on the internet. I was cautious and had read about another company that was a little shady, I thought how much worse could I be in trouble. So!!! Here it goes, I'll try the RVS application. To my surprise, Jerrod called the next day and sent an email with the offer, I was pleased and my prayers were being answered. Then Keri called and began the process, professional and helpful with my questions, my spirit was finally positive. A driver to pick up the motorhome was assigned to me and a picture, ID and driver's cell number, date and time to pick it up. Cordial, business like and helpful with paperwork. BYE BYE motorhome. Just wanted to take a minute to say thanks to all the folks at RV Select for the outstanding way you handled the process for purchasing my motorhome. I completed the form on Tuesday and it wasn't 15 minutes until Jarrod called me and it was smooth sailing from then on. The process was explained very clearly to where I could understand what was going to happen.
